REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LOWER JONES COMPANY <br /> FEBRUARY 6, 1990 <br /> SA-90-17 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any building permits . <br /> 1 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. <br /> 2. TRACY PUBLIC SCHOOL <br /> a. Building area being constructed on this site will be <br /> subject to the school development fees authorized by <br /> Government Code 53080 et seq and duly adopted by the <br /> Board of Trustees of the Tracy School District. The <br /> owner of the buildings should make arrangements to meet <br /> this requirement at the District office prior to <br /> completion of the building permit process . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. All parking spaces , driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be maintained with gravel . <br /> b. The "future 200' x 1000' refrigeration hydro cooler" the <br /> "future expansion" , and the " future labor camp" shall not <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plans, and are not a part of <br /> this Site Approval . <br /> Ordinance requirements which are applicable to this project <br /> include, but are not limited to, the following : <br /> 1 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. Section 9-10325. Standards for Flood Hazard Reduction . <br />
