The grading plan hall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3. Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> C . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance. (C.A.C . , Title <br /> 24) . <br /> 2. Identification signs for the parking space(s ) , <br /> including the " tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space. <br /> (C.A.C, Title 24 ) . <br /> 3. The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1 /4 inch per foot. (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> d . Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the 100 <br /> year flood zone. <br /> Ordinance requirements are not appealable. <br />
