3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> 1 . The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6 , 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls . <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C. A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U. B. C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> 6 . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance . <br /> (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br />
