Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> (209) 468-3420 2 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> C(DFD M <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the f <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 2144 Fontana Avenue, in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized } <br /> release associated with the underground storage tank that was <br /> located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. t <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445N.
