This office has not received <br /> any water sample results since January, 1990. If more current <br /> sample results are available, please submit them to this office. <br /> In addition, we have the following comments: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage <br /> Tank Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title <br /> 23, Subchapter 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be <br /> submitted to Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and <br /> cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. Submission of <br /> quarterly reports is to begin immediately. The report is <br /> to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including <br /> the results of all investigations completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for <br /> the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation; <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released <br /> hazardous substance and any contaminated soil, <br /> groundwater or surface water; <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous <br /> substances; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation, <br /> pH, conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; and <br /> -site map showing the "zero line" of contamination, if <br /> known, and changes in the above measurements over the <br /> last quarter. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County flralth Cam Scrvices �� <br />
