INTRODUCTION <br /> ` The following report presents the data obtained from <br /> the soil borings and monitoring wells completed at the facility <br /> located at 188 Frank West Circle in Stockton, California. The <br /> site location is shown on Plate No. 1 . This investigation was <br /> requested by Lincoln Property Company as a prepurchase <br /> environmental assessment on the property. <br /> II. AUTHORIZATION <br /> Work conducted by J.H. Kleinfelder and Associates <br /> (Kleinfelder) on this project has been authorized by Mr . Mack <br /> Laney of Lincoln Property Company. Verbal approval of the scope <br /> of services was .given by Mr. Laney on March 14, 1986 . <br /> III. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The purpose of this report is to provide Lincoln Property <br /> Company with information regarding the soil and ground water <br /> quality at the site based on a reasonable but limited scope of <br /> investigation. The scope of services included: <br /> 1 . Review of published regional geology and ground water <br /> information. <br /> 2. Review available historic air photos of the site. <br /> 3. Limited research (one man day) into the background of <br /> past land use practices that may effect soil and ground <br /> water quality. <br />
