Drill, sample and install (with appropriate permitting) <br /> three baseline ground water monitoring wells at selected <br /> locations on the combined two adjacent parcels. <br /> 5. Develop and sample the wells and deliver all soil and <br /> water samples- to a state certified laboratory within <br /> appropriate chain-of-custody. <br /> 6. Analyze composite samples for priority pollutants and <br /> additional constituents - as are indicated to be <br /> appropriate following the review and research conducted <br /> j in Items 1 to ' 3. Should elevated contaminant levels be <br /> found in the composite samples, individual sample <br /> may analyses be <br /> Y Y appropriate. We would discuss any <br /> additional analyses with you prior to testing. <br /> 7. Submit the results of the assessment in a report. <br /> IV. BACKGROUND <br /> Review of available literature and aerial photographs <br /> indicates that the subject property and surrounding area, located <br /> approximately one mile northwest of the town of French Camp, has <br /> been primarily an agricultural area. Inspection of aerial <br /> Photgraphs dating from 1937 show this area apparently consisted of <br /> farms and scattered residences and indicate that prior to the <br /> present day Grupe Business Park buildings, farming has been the <br /> primary land use for this area. <br />
