BACKGROUND <br /> Review of available literature and aerial photographs <br /> indicates that the subject property and surrounding area, located <br /> approximately one mile northwest of the town of French Camp, has <br /> been primarily an agricultural area. Inspection of aerial <br /> Photgraphs dating from 1937 show this area apparently consisted of <br /> farms and scattered residences and indicate that prior to the <br /> present day Grupe Business Park buildings, farming has been the <br /> primary land use for this area. <br />
