(Grantor) hereby grants to the City of Stockton, its agents, <br /> employees, and contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as 244 <br /> West Fremont Street, Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 137- <br /> 230-03) for the purpose of collecting and testing soil and groundwater samples in, on, <br /> under and over the subject property. A map of the subject parcel is attached as Exhibit <br /> „A <br /> It is understood that the City of Stockton shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless <br /> 0 from any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this right <br /> of entry. It is further understood that the City of Stockton shall return the property to its <br /> original or better condition immediately after said soil and water samples have been <br /> collected.
