A map of the subject parcel is attached as Exhibit "A." <br /> + It is understood that the City of Stockton shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless <br /> from any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this right <br /> of entry. It is further understood that the City of Stockton shall return the property to its <br /> original or better condition immediately after said soil and water samples have been <br /> collected. The City will be responsible for properly handling all sample materials <br /> requiring disposal.
