We observed 33 drums located on <br /> site, westerly of the creamery warehouse; approximately half of these drums contain <br /> sampling purge water or auger rinse water generated during the construction of <br /> monitoring wells MW2 through MW6 . <br /> Review of soil analytical data generated during the drilling and sampling of <br /> J monitoring wells MW2 through MW6 revealed no detectable concentrations of Total <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline or Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and <br /> Xylene (BTEX) . A summary of the data is included on Tables 1 and 2; complete <br /> 6 . <br /> Geotechnical Engineering laboratory reports and chain-of-custody documents are attached. <br /> Engineering Geology Based on this data we request that Crystal Creamery be allowed to dispose of the <br /> drummed soil by spreading it on property owned by Crystal , adjacent to and westerly <br /> Environmental consulting of the site. Additionally, we have applied to the City of Stockton for a special <br /> discharge permit to place the drummed water into the sanitary sewer.
