Extra well construction materials should be provided during <br /> the proposed work implementation to meet such a contingency. <br /> • Prepare to advance borings deeper than the proposed 25 feet if field observation and <br /> organic vapor monitoring data indicated the vertical extent of the plume occurs at a <br /> greater depth. <br /> • Selection of samples to be analyzed at the lab must include PHS/EHD comment and <br /> agreement. <br /> • Schedule work with PHS/EHD at least 48 working hours in advance.
