A minimum of six soil vapor samples <br /> will be obtained from VEWI at 15 minutes, 45 minute, 1 '/z hours, 3 hours, <br /> 5 '/z hours and 8 hours into the pilot test. A flame ionization detector (FID) <br /> will be used to monitor off-gas emissions from the extraction well and after <br /> the carbon filter every 15 minutes during the pilot test <br /> i, , , , , ,, I F, , , • two 175-pound vapor-phase granular activated carbon canisters (biofilters) <br /> will be used to treat off-gas emissions (remove petroleum hydrocarbons) <br /> Frio ,r„ ; , , , , during the test. The canisters will be equipped with sampling ports, <br /> temperature gauges, pressure gauges and an exhaust stack.
