Influent and effluent air samples will be obtained from the SUES and submitted to a <br /> California State-certified Laboratory for analysis of TPH as gasoline BTEX and oxygenates using <br /> EPA Method 8260B. Destruction efficiency for the soil gas will be a minimum of 100%. <br /> <j Therefore, the anticipated emission-rates discharged to the atmosphere is estimated to be zero <br /> pounds per day using 100 percent destruction.efficiency. <br /> We anticipate operating the remediation system for a minimum of 12 months. The estimated <br /> =1 operating schedule is 24 hours per day at seven days per week. The groundwater will be <br /> =� continuously monitored on.a quarterly basis to evaluate the effectiveness of the air sparging/soil <br /> -- vapor extraction system. <br /> _j Permitting <br /> The treatment system will be designed and constructed in accordance with the city of Stockton <br /> building, electric and fire codes. Subsequent to the installation of the air sparging/soil vapor <br /> j extraction system equipment,the as built system will be permitted for operation following <br /> inspection from San Joaquin County Public Health Services(SJCPHS),the City of Stockton Public <br /> Works Department(SPWD)and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> (SJVAPCD). <br /> '=- <br /> INK <br />
