McDonald property <br /> located at 30956 Grooms Road , Escalon, California . <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the <br /> vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Only one permit was found. The property is located at <br /> 30110 Grooms Road . The septic system was installed <br /> September 30, 1986. No problems were recorded. <br /> Existing Use <br /> The area north of Hirschfeld Lateral is bare ground. The <br /> area south of Hirschfeld Lateral is in alfalfa along with a <br /> homesite . <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> The percolation tests were performed in accordance with the <br /> percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual Septic <br /> Tank Practice" , published by the U. S. Department of Health, <br /> Education and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Local Health District . <br /> On August 17 , 18 , 21 , and 22 , 1990 , five percolation tests were <br /> performed by me on the above referenced property in conformance <br /> with the San Joaquin Ordinance No . 549 . The approximate location <br /> of the test holes are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> Test hole #1 , Parcel 1 , had a percolation rate of 18 minutes <br /> per inch and an 8 ,000 Sq. Ft . minimum diposal area is recommened. <br /> Test Hole #2 , Parcel 1 , had a percolation rate of 60 minutes <br /> per inch and a 12 , 000 Sq. Ft . minimum area is recommended. <br /> The test hole for Parcel 2 had a percolation rate of 14 minutes per <br /> inch and an 8 ,000 Sq. Ft . minimum disposal area is recommended . <br />
