CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-90-124 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> showing sewage and well information as required by the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> 3. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The developer shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and the <br /> removal of irrigation structures for those parcels not wishing <br /> to continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. A letter from South San Joaquin irrigation District is <br /> required stating that their Conditions have been met. <br />
