The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 018 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Escalon area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the ENgineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> f. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Carrolton Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of Parcel #1. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to the Final Map approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall com ply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> the Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test <br /> are required for Environmental Health Division approval. A <br /> permit for the percolation tests form the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well, on the remainder <br /> parcel, under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br />
