A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test <br /> are required for Environmental Health Division approval. A <br /> permit for the percolation tests form the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well, on the remainder <br /> parcel, under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br />
