PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed on Parcel 1 and 2 prior to final map approval <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior top Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required on parcel 1 for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on parcel <br /> 2 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel 2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />
