Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> g. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> h. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2, 627 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> i. Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Priest Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 193-220-48 . <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed, on each <br /> parcel, prior to application approval indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well, on parcel #1, <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Construct an individual sewage disposal system, on each <br /> parcel, under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well, on each <br /> parcel, under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />
