If the remainder is labeled as "Parcel 211 , the frontage <br /> improvements for Locust Tree Road across the frontage of <br /> Parcel 2 shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Farm or <br /> Estate Subdivision street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement, prior to approval of the Parcel Map. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with an estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section <br /> 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code <br /> must be performed, on Parcels 1 and 2 , prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the <br /> Environmental Health Division showing sewage and <br /> well information, on Parcels 1 and 2 , as required <br /> by the improvement plan. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> c. Construct an individual sewage disposal system, on Parcel <br /> 2 , under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d.
