Fremont Street November 15, 2010 <br /> Stockton , CA <br /> The EHD conditionally concurs that SVE and IAS may be effective at cleaning up the soil <br /> and groundwater at this site, but reserves final approval until residual mass estimates <br /> and calculations are received and reviewed by the EHD . <br /> You may submit a CAP as your consultant has recommended but please ensure that the <br /> minimum requirements for both the CAP are included as listed in the Tri-Regional Board <br /> Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground <br /> Storage Tank Sites , Section 4. 0 and for the Problem Assessment Report (PAR) as listed <br /> under section 4. 1 . The 2006 CAP did not include all of the PAR bulleted information and <br /> the EHD was unable to approve the 2006 CAP .
