The observation wells shall have the same construction <br /> and are located reasonably near ( 15 to 25 feet) the well being tested. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 ) hriplement the proposed work by March 14, 2008 . Appropriate permit application and <br /> fee must be submitted to EHD before scheduling work.
