(AGE) has prepared the enclosed boring permit applications and fees for work to <br /> be conducted at 517 West Fremont Street, Stockton, California, The scope of work is detailed in the AGE- <br /> prepared Additional Site Assessment Work Plan, dated 13 August 2004 and approved with conditions by the <br /> San Joaquin County Health Department (EHD) by letter dated 18 August 2004. <br /> The date set forth in the 18 August 2004 EHD letter of 19 September 2004 to implement the proposed work <br /> at the site is unreasonable due to the demands placed on the schedules of the contractors needed to perform <br /> the work at the site. AGE has procured contractors to perform the proposed and approved work at the site <br /> though after the aforementioned start date.
