(AGE) has prepared the enclosed boring permit applications and fees for work to <br /> be conducted at 517 West Fremont Street, Stockton, California, The scope of work is detailed in the AGE- <br /> prepared Additional Site Assessment Work Plan, dated 13 August 2004 and approved with conditions by the <br /> San Joaquin County Health Department (EHD) by letter dated 18 August 2004. <br /> The date set forth in the 18 August 2004 EHD letter of 19 September 2004 to implement the proposed work <br /> at the site is unreasonable due to the demands placed on the schedules of the contractors needed to perform <br /> the work at the site. AGE has procured contractors to perform the proposed and approved work at the site <br /> though after the aforementioned start date. The schedule is as follows: <br /> • Monitoring well installations : (2) 25-foot single completion monitoring wells is scheduled for <br /> Monday, 21 September 2004. <br /> • Cone penetration test (CPT) : (1) 80-foot sounding and paired boring for up to three discreet ground <br /> water samples is scheduled for Tuesday, 12 October 2004. <br /> If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at (209) 467-1006. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Advanced GeoEnvviironmental, Inc. <br /> Daniel W.
