Fremont St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> In a letter dated October 12, 1999 San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) requested that a Work Plan for additional <br /> investigation of contamination at this site be submitted to this office by December 22, <br /> 1999 . A letter requesting an extension for this deadline was submitted to PHS/EHD by <br /> Advanced Geoenvironmental, Inc. on December 22, 1999 . PHS/EHD granted an <br /> extension of Work Plan submittal until January 22, 2000 .
