I realize <br /> there have been many delays with the installation of a remediation system at the site; we have had <br /> electrical modifications and system modifications, and delays waiting for USTCF budgets and change <br /> order requests. However, I would like to notify you that the SVE and IAS systems are both at the site <br /> and are connected to the well manifolds and utilities. I have scheduled a start-up inspection with the Air <br /> District for Tuesday 01 April 2014 at 9:00; barring any additional setbacks the system will remain on- <br /> line after the inspection and be operational. <br /> There is one operational issue at the site, the noise and the proximity of the homes. Due to the sound <br /> nuisance, we have installed a timer on the system and we plan on operating it during general business <br /> hours. We will try and operate as many hours during the day that is possible.
