Guardino & Crawford 4 - April 2012 <br /> UPDATED, May 2009 , the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin Valley LOP review this site <br /> for closure. <br /> Note: The May 2009 review contained erroneous data and an inappropriate recommendation . <br /> Staff intended to file the following May 2009 recommendation : The San Joaquin County has <br /> directed the Responsible Party to submit a feasibility study. The Fund concurs with this action <br /> and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2010 , this site has been under investigation for 21 years and no active <br /> remediation has been conducted . By letter on 22 July 2009 , the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> directed the Responsible Party to submit a work plan to conduct a soil vapor extraction pilot test. <br /> The Fund concurs with the proposed course of action and will review this site next year to track <br /> progress . <br /> UPDATED, March 2011 , by 15 November 2010 letter, the San Joaquin County LOP concurs <br /> with the Responsible Party that soil vapor extraction and air sparging are appropriate <br /> technologies to remediate this site. The Fund recommends that active remediation be <br /> conducted to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. <br /> UPDATED, April 2012, the Fund continues to recommends that active remediation begin .
