SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Data collected at the site indicates that
• The ground water flow direction during this monitoring event was toward the northeast at
' a gradient of 0 0016 ft/ft
• Relatively high concentrations of TPH-g and BTEX occur in ground water in the area of
monitoring wells MW 1 and MW2
' • MTBE is present in monitoring wells MW1 and MW2 at concentrations as high as 150,ug/l
(sample MW- 1)
' • TPH-g was not present in ground water near the western edge of the building on the site or
at the northern boundary of the site, however, low concentration of xylenes impact the
' ground water in these locations
_5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on present site conditions, AGE recommends
' Quarterly monitoring and sampling should continue at the site
