Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" <br /> on the Parcel Map. <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of the building permit application. (The fee is <br /> $2 , 018 . 00 for each single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Lathrop area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> PARCEL #1: <br /> a. � The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests <br /> from the Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> b. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> c. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br /> d. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (state specific repairs) . <br /> Replace existing leach lines that are shown on <br /> remainder parcel. <br />
