CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DV-00-6 <br /> Hill <br /> Deviation Application No. DV-00-6 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 5, 2001. The effective date of approval is January 15, 2001. <br /> This approval will expire on July 17, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be <br /> modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Tina Wehrmeister, 468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Deviation to reduce the required rear yard setback for a <br /> single-family residence from 30 feet to 21 feet. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated November 13, 2000.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (See the attached memo dated October 24, 2000.) <br />
