(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: LaVaughn Hill/Sherman Moyer APN: 241-055-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 26 feet NGVD. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood <br /> risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton.
