T wrefore, pending the outcome of our new <br /> negotiations with the city, there m y not be a need for the variance. <br /> My request to the planning commission is tontinue the hearing until such time as our <br /> negotiations with the City of Stockton are co plete and hopefully avoid the need for the <br /> variance. <br /> At the present time, based on my c iscussion%dth Ms. Mueller, the issue can be continued <br /> to July 19,2001.
