q. This subdivision is approved for recording as a single <br /> unit; phasing is not approved. <br /> r. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Record of <br /> Survey. Prior to application approval, a soil suitability study <br /> as required by Section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must beiperformed to indicate that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. Include in the <br /> soil suitability study for septic tank usage a <br /> percolation test and a ten-foot soil profile for the <br /> owner-operator parcel. <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required which states that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the Final Map. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on the <br /> owner-operator parcel and a dual system on the six <br /> 30, 000-square-foot parcels under a permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - (SU-90-14) <br />
