The project, except Parcel 8 , shall be served by a public <br /> water system conforming to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Health Division) , Acampo Maintenance District, and the <br /> Department of Public Works. Approval can be considered <br /> only after Well No. 2 is in operation. The applicant <br /> shall analyze the improved system capacity for capability <br /> to serve this subdivision and provide the analysis report <br /> for approval. <br /> j . The property shall annex to the Acampo Maintenance <br /> District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide <br /> for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of water <br /> facilities. <br /> k. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit applidation. The fee is $2 , 739 . 00 for <br /> each single-family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. <br /> 1. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> County standards for the purpose of determining the R- <br /> Value for the design of the roads. <br /> M. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> for the County-provided utility services in an amount <br /> equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time <br /> the improvements are accepted until the effective date <br /> of assessment on the tax roll. Deposit of the fees shall <br /> be submitted at the time of acceptance of the facilities <br /> by the County. <br /> n. All utilities shall be underground except power <br /> transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. Public <br /> utility easements shall be provided along the road <br /> frontage of the subdivision and as required by the public <br /> utility companies. <br /> o. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the <br /> Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin <br /> County standards, and they shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement plans. <br /> p.
