Commissioner Gillispie suggested that they make another motion or continue the item to allow Commissioner Sandra Carter to listen to the tape of the hearing and vote on the matter . Michael McGrew, County Counsel , said the finding should focus on the General Plan or whether the project is permitted in the zone . The finding made in the motion was that the project is incom- patible with agriculture, but it is not an agricultural area in the General Plan. Commissioner Gillispie said the finding was that the project was incompatible with surrounding agriculture.
