CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DC-92-3 <br /> RANCHETTES UNLIMITED, INC. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. Other Ordinance Requirements may <br /> also apply. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. An approved Private Right-of-way Application for access <br /> to this lot (APN 229-220-07) is required. (Section 9- <br /> 3106) <br /> b. A parcel map shall be recorded in conformance with Lot <br /> Line Adjustment No. LA-92-15. <br /> C. All units shall be served by a common access driveway. <br /> (Section 9-2284 [h] ) <br /> d. The driveway serving eight units shall be 20 feet or more <br /> wide. (Section 9-2284 [g] ) <br /> e. All areas not used for buildings, structures, driveways, <br /> parking, agriculture or recreation purposes, shall be <br /> landscaped. Such landscaping shall be permanently <br /> maintained. (Section 9-2284 [1] ) <br /> f. Minor Subdivision No. MS-91-20 is void as a result of <br /> this permit. (Section 9-2284 [m] ) <br /> g.
