The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> Test well will be required to meet the following <br /> prior to acceptance of the improvement plan by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and issuance of <br /> building permits: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet Title 22 CCR <br /> (Safe Drinking Water Act) , requirements. <br /> 2 . Water quantity tested to show an adequate <br /> source. <br /> 3 . Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to final approval of <br /> improvement plans. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-1400. <br />
