Williams Way, Ripon) <br />ACTION: On September 10, 2007, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br />PA -0700113 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br />Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $428.00. The <br />10 -day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on September 20, 2007. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, <br />the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months <br />(by March 21, 2009).
