Williams Way APN: 245-130-38 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and shall include the <br />following: <br />a. Stockpile area shall delineate temporary stockpile boundaries and slopes. (No excavation or stockpile <br />shall be allowed within 12 feet of the property boundary) <br />b. Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt and gravel resulting from excavation operations. Show <br />details for stabilized entrance/exit design per California Stormwater BMP Handbook TC -1. <br />2.
