Water Superintendent to remedy any erosion on banks adjacent to the District's facilities. 4. 'No soil will lie stockpiled over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline. 5. :No heavy equipment will travel over the S.S.J.I.D. pipeline without approved 'bridging, said bridging to be approved between S.S.J.I.D. and the contractor. 6. 'No trees and/or rubbish will be disposed of or stored on the S.S.M.D. easement or facilities. 7. IS.S.M.D. will be notified 48 hours in advance of any excavation work. 8. The landowner agrees that the existing pipeline or concrete lined canal do not i�resently leak and agrees that any damage will be repaired at landowner's expense. I 9. 'It is understood by the applicant that the District shall not be held responsible to remedy high water table problems created by the excavation. 10. :Landowner shall provide District with sufficient fill dirt from excavation for protection of canal or pipeline and place fill dirt as directed by District Engineering ]Department. 11. .Any irrigation pipeline or service structure (District or Private) installation or modification necessitated by the proposed excavation shall be performed at the Landowner's expense. Furthermore, owner shall obtain a Construction Permit and ;structure Permit from the District prior to installing, modifying, or removing any irrigation pipeline or structure on District facilities. 12. lvew casements shall be conveyed as needed to acconmmodate the relocation of )District facilities and to provide needed access, if deemed necessary. 13. In regards to satisfying the County's Development Standard Section 9-1410.3 (b)(2) which requires that the final grade shall not adversely affect the irrigability of the property or surrounding properties, the District shall not assume any cost or responsibility for making such determination. Owner's Engineer shall submit an ,analysis based on irrigation criteria provided by the District. The District will review analysis and determine if it meets our criteria and approve accordingly. These requirements are based upon previously approved standards that were generally considered acceptable in the past and should not be construed as being all-inclusive. Each and every item is still subject to review and approval or disapproval by the District's Board of Directors. Further, prior to plans submittal, the owner shall submit a retainer for plan check and inspection required for the project in accordance with the current fee schedule. 2
