(APN: 203-140-01, 203-150-01)(ADDRESS: <br /> 15445 WILDWOOD ROAD, RIPON.) <br /> A Site Approval application for a private right-of—way for a 27 lot antiquated subdivision. <br /> The project site is located on the north side of Wildwood Road one-half mile west of Murphy <br /> Road, northeast of Ripon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and identified the <br /> following issues: <br /> Neighborhood Opposition <br /> Community Development Department has received two letters in opposition to the proposed <br /> project. The letters raise concerns about a subdivision in a area that is primarily used for <br /> agriculture. <br /> Collegeville Fire Department <br /> The Community Development Department has received a letter from the Collegeville Fire <br /> Department stating that residential fire sprinkler systems shall be installed in the residential <br /> structures to be built in this development. <br /> Williamson Act <br /> The properties are under Williamson Act contract. It has been determined that the five acre lots <br /> are potentially buildable with an approved Site Approval for private right-of—way. The Community <br /> Development Department has referred the project to the Department of Conservation for <br /> comments. <br /> 1 <br />
