In the future, keep a copy of all manifest and receipts from the previous three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> have copies available for the EHD. This is a Class II violation. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for November 2011 through November 2014 were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used <br /> in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. In the <br /> future, keep a copy of all manifest and receipts from the previous three years, maintain them on site, and have copies <br /> available for the EHD. This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> During time of inspection a large gray 200 gallon container of used oil and a white 100 gallon container of used <br /> antifreeze located on the northeast side of the facility where stored on site for longer than 180 days. . Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any <br /> time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
