Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for November 2011 through November 2014 were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. In the future, keep a copy of all manifest and receipts from the previous three years, maintain them on site, and have copies available for the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for November 2011 through November 2014 were not found on site. This is a minor violation. 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. During time of inspection a large gray 200 gallon container of used oil and a white 100 gallon container of used antifreeze located on the northeast side of the facility where stored on site for longer than 180 days. . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD.This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by December 17, 2014 .
