Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES: <br /> * During inspection a 200 gallon gray container that had used oil and a 100 gallon white container that had used <br /> antifreeze were not properly labeled. The owner properly labeled the containers on site. <br /> *The facility did not have a modified contingency plan or emergency coordinator. The owner corrected this on <br /> site. <br /> * During time of inspection there were brake shavings on the floor of the facility, the owner swept up the shavings <br /> and said that he would have them recycled and retain a receipt. <br /> * Informed the owner that if he has to replace the fluorescent bulbs how to properly store and label universal <br /> waste.
