• CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-23 <br /> PAGE SI% <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> C. The construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space 9C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> d. Provide occupancy separation wall between the office and the <br /> Shop. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one week <br /> prior to said activities. The applicant should use file no. <br /> SA-91-23 in the communication to the District and under the <br /> attention of the planning section if and when construction <br /> and/or grading is implemented. <br />
