San Joaquin Streets
Stockton, Ca. 95205
Attn: Mr. James Miller
Mr. Fred Kaufman TT /Mo
RE: Application No . SA-91-23 Rev.
Applicant Stanley S . Moore S y
Dear Sirs :
Just day before yesterday undersigned received your advice
by telephone that Health Board reports on the above ref.
application could possibly be negative. I was of course
very shocked.
We have had a long relationship, possibly 20 years , with
Fish and Game . This project , over one year in negotiation,
covered extensive study bid procedures by General Services
Administration, Sacramento. We were low and best bidder
and there was much study and a very large amount of work
by local Fish & Game people in their development of plans
and requirements , plus the better part of several months in
our architects offices . Briefly we had just produced a meeting
of all minds in final detail at a meeting as recent as
Feb . 5th. 1991 in the offices of architects Ramsey-Preszler.
You asked that I submit a proposal to you that was factual
and in detail. On reflection I feel and I hope rightfully
that there were just two main areas of question on your part .
"I shall discuss first the matter of Sewage Disposal"
Our property borders the Diverting Canal and there is no
crossing of Stockton sewer line toward Morada. I have
strongly supported extension in our direction. High
projected expense has withheld extension and we must plan
alternatives for sewage.
{1) We therefore intend to provide a new "Sanitary Septic Tank
System" built to every code requirement . This system will
be used solely for the Sanitary Sewage from Restrooms -
Lavatories - Coffee Room - Drinking fountains . Underground
piping - totally inspected, and laid under the concrete floor
of the building will serve the Septic System in the manner
we have defined.
