Iwamiya, Senior Civil Engineer ��-� <br /> Public Services Division <br /> SUBJECT: SA-95-04 A SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR AUTOMOBILE <br /> RENTAL AND OPERABLE VEHICLE STORAGE LOCATED ON <br /> WILSON WAY, 1, 150 FEET NORTH OF DIVERTING CANAL. <br /> (DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Wilson Way Enterprises APN: 092-180-18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineates flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are <br /> currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building <br /> 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 105 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 110 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 4) <br /> 2 .
