g. LIGHTING. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015.5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall be <br /> designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines <br /> shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light <br /> shall not cause a hazard to motorists. Lighting details shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> h. PARKING. Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. <br /> (2) Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (3) Automobile parking shall be provided as follows: two spaces for each 1,000 <br /> square feet of building used for automotive rental with .67 space for each <br /> employee, one space for each 1,000 square feet of building used for operable <br /> vehicle storage with .3 space for each employee, and one space for each rental <br /> or stored vehicle associated with the approval. The size and location of the <br /> parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of <br /> the Development Title. Parking calculations and details shall be included on the <br /> Site Plan. The required parking spaces shall be in addition to any spaces <br /> previously required for the existing use on the site and shall not eliminate any of <br /> those spaces. <br /> i. SIGNAGE. A maximum of two advertising signs shall be permitted for the subject parcel, <br /> only one of which may be a freestanding sign. Sign details shall be consistent with <br /> Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title, and all existing and proposed signs shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan. <br /> 2.
