Findings (UP-00-23) <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> • This finding can be made because the religious assembly facility may be conditionally <br /> permitted in the Residential Medium Density zone with an approved Use Permit application. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvement, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are property related to the existing and <br /> proposed roadway. <br /> • This finding can be made because all necessary utilities, including water, drainage, <br /> sanitation,and roadway Improvements;either exist or are Conditions of Approval and shall <br /> be In place prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the facility. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development <br /> • This finding can be made because there is sufficient area on the site to meet the <br /> requirements of the Conditions of Approval and comply with County standards. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to public health, safety, or welfare or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvement of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because an Initial_Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental Impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because with the Conditions of Approval the proposed Lite will not <br /> Interfere with or alter the uses on adjacent properties. <br />
