Mr. Karam suggested that the <br /> applicants call the Solid Waste Division concerning the required waste plan. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division requirements. Mr. Borges informed the <br /> applicants that he will revise the Environmental Health Division's memo to show comments and <br /> requirements regarding the proposed snack bar. <br /> Mr. Zipf indicated that the Code Enforcement Division was concerned about the amount of work <br /> that has been done without permits and appreciates the fact that they have stopped construction. <br /> Mr. Zipf also indicated that the Code Enforcement Division is concerned with the septic tank <br /> underneath the fireplace in the caretaker's home. Mr. Zipf suggested that the applicants make <br /> the caretaker's home more energy efficient. <br />
