Mr. Borges indicated that the Environmental Health Division has no conditions to impose at this <br /> time; however, future development will have requirements pertaining to the provisions of public <br /> water and public sewers. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked Ms. Wehrmeister if she had received any response from Caltrans. Ms. <br /> Wehrmeister said that there was a late response, and that there were no objections and no <br /> comments, and that they would like to see the site plan when completed. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-00-22 OF CALIFONRIA <br /> TW MILK MARKET, INC. A Use Permit application for youth soccer <br /> complex (park) with practice field and changing facility. Phase One to <br /> include a 6000 sq. ft. changing and meeting facility, a 600-sq. ft. <br /> maintenance building parking and a soccer field. Phase Two to include <br /> two soccer fields. Located on the north side of State Route Highway 120, <br /> approximately 800 feet west of Victory Road, Escalon (APN: 229-190-13; <br /> 31157 E. State Route 120 Highway, Escalon). <br /> Tina Wehrmeister, Associate Planner; George Vierra, property owner; Brad Norgard, contractor; <br /> John Farria, assistant; Amesto Quarto, soccer coach; Antonio Solari, Property Advisor for <br /> Simpolt; Bruce Fontes, consultant; Kermit Darrow, Building Division and Bob Zipf, Code <br /> Enforcement Division were present for this item. <br /> Tina Wehrmeister introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked the applicants to indicate, in writing, how often the soccer fields would be <br /> in use. Mr. Karam asked the applicants to also put in writing the exact months, days and times of <br /> usage. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed Department of Public Works comments. Mr. Karam suggested that the <br /> applicants call the Solid Waste Division concerning the required waste plan. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division requirements. Mr. Borges informed the <br /> applicants that he will revise the Environmental Health Division's memo to show comments and <br /> requirements regarding the proposed snack bar. <br /> Mr. Zipf indicated that the Code Enforcement Division was concerned about the amount of work <br /> that has been done without permits and appreciates the fact that they have stopped construction. <br /> Mr. Zipf also indicated that the Code Enforcement Division is concerned with the septic tank <br /> underneath the fireplace in the caretaker's home. Mr. Zipf suggested that the applicants make <br /> the caretaker's home more energy efficient. <br />
