Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Additional Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $157.45 per <br /> additional trip-end in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650, and R-96-592) <br /> 3. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4.
