3 + <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according to the <br /> standards set forth in Section9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a <br /> hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d][4] <br /> (f) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of <br /> five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, <br /> not including landscaping along the street frontage. A minimum of six <br /> (18) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, and walkways, <br /> approved outdoor storage areas or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. At a minimum, a ten- (10) foot wide planting strip is required <br /> along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where <br /> crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.7) <br /> (j) FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> (2) No solid fencing exceeding three (3) feet in height shall be permitted in <br /> the front or street side yard setback. <br /> JVB: vb <br /> UP0023 <br /> C: First Missionary Baptist Church <br />
