Flores of Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. , <br /> 820 N. Union Street , Stockton, Calif. 95205 , PH# 209-464-8333. <br /> The site safety officer at the job site will be Mike A. Flores <br /> of Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. The alternate site <br /> safety officer will be Larry Hardison of Stockton Service Station <br /> Equipment Co. Inc. <br /> Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. will have on site <br /> two (2) fire extinguishers and one ( 1 ) first-aid kit within 50' of <br /> the tank location. See attached map. No smoking will be permitted <br /> within 50' of the tank or areas where flammable vapors are present . <br /> Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. shall notify the local <br /> fire department 48 hours before excavation shall begin. <br /> Tank will be emptied of product before start of job. Tank will be <br /> d,:y iced two (2) lbs per 100 gallon, before excavating Stockton <br /> Service Station Equi ment Co. Inc. shall monitor tank with a low <br /> explosion level (LEL meter. We will seal all openings and one of <br /> the plugs will have an 1/8" opening, before tank will be transported. <br /> At no time will Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. cut or <br /> weld on the tank. Tank will be secured on truck after extraction for. <br /> transportation. Tank and plumbing will be hauled by Erickson Inc. , <br /> 255 Parr Blvd. , Richmond, Calif. 94891 (415) 235-1393 to be destroyed. <br /> All of the above procedures will be done according to .code. <br />
